Asma is once again among the top 1% of Leading Employers in Austria in 2026 and was additionally recognized in the area of “Recruiting Performance”.
In June 2026, we were once again honored with the prestigious Leading Employer Award, thus remaining among the top 1% of employers in Austria. Asma first received this award in 2024.
This year, we were also delighted to receive the award for “Best Placed in Recruiting Performance”.
For years, asma has focused on a work environment that prioritizes trust, development, and health – with flexible working hour models, modern leadership methods, short communication channels, targeted employee development, as well as initiatives in employer branding and health promotion.
A special feature of the Leading Employer Award is its independent methodology: companies cannot actively apply. The award is based on an annual meta-study that incorporates numerous sources such as evaluation platforms, studies, rankings, and awards.
